Ogłoszono nominacje do pierwszej edycji Deutscher Jazz Preis. Wśród artystów nominowanych w kategoriach międzynarodowych znalazła się również Kinga Głyk. Laureaci ogłoszeni zostaną 3 czerwca w trakcie Elbjazz Festival w Hamburgu.

Nagroda przyznawana jest z inicjatywy niemieckiego Ministerstwa Kultury, a nominowanych i zwycięzców wybiera jury składające się reprezentantów tamtejszego środowiska jazzowego: artystów, promotorów, dziennikarzy.
